Walmart Is Not Above the Law!

Time and time again, when Walmart workers have come together to call on the company to address low wages, erratic schedules, paltry benefits, and unacceptable working conditions, the company has attempted to silence or outright fire them.

But the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) – the federal agency charged with protecting workers' rights – just announced that it's pursuing a rare national complaint against Walmart for retaliating against and threatening more than 100 workers.

The law is finally catching up to the world's largest retailer and the chinks in Walmart's armor are mounting! But we need to continue making our voices heard so that Walmart does right by its employees.

Tell the world's largest retailer that it's not above the law! Sign our petition demanding Walmart obey the NLRB ruling and stop intimidating employees who exercise their rights.
