Ballots were mailed on 3-2-12.  If you have not received your ballot by now you may contact AFA-CWA Membership Services at http://afacwa-elections.org/duplicate-paper-ballot-request-form/ to request a duplicate ballot. 

All Members may vote, however you must be Active and in Good Standing for your vote to count.

IF YOU ARE ON A LEAVE OF ABSENCE and wish to remain ACTIVE with AFA you must notify the AFA International Office that you wish to remain active and also pay dues through March 2012.
