Bring Your Own Food to AT&T Park!

For three years, everything has gone up at the San Francisco Giants’ AT&T Park. After two World Series Championships and over 200 consecutive sellouts, ticket prices, concession prices, and profits have all increased.  The only thing that hasn’t gone up?  The wages of the 750 concession workers at AT&T Park.

We work hard to create the Giants fan experience, and we haven’t had a raise since April 2009!

We have been trying to negotiate a new contract that includes decent wage increases, benefits, and job security with Centerplate, the Giants’ subcontracted concessionaire.  Centerplate has responded by proposing to keep in place the three-year wage freeze and severely limit our access to health insurance.  We went on strike for one day in May, but Centerplate still refuse to listen to us.

That’s why we’ve decided to take the next step and call a boycott of concessions and catering at AT&T Park.

We are asking Giants fans to bring their own food and beverage to the game. You will save money, and you’ll help us send the message to Centerplate that Giants fans stand with concession workers.

Please sign to pledge that you will Bring Your Own Food to AT&T Park until Centerplate concession workers achieve a fair contract.
