Dear Supporter,
Tomorrow (Thursday), the Rhode Island House of Representatives will vote on H. 5748, a bill to allow Rhode Island voters to cast their votes through the mail if they would prefer to vote that way.
Increased access to voting by mail leads to increased voter participation and enlists you, the letter carrier, as the trusted protector of the ballot. H. 5748 is a vital step toward providing more Rhode Islanders the opportunity to participate in their democracy.
Please call your state representative and urge him or her to vote for this important measure tomorrow.
