Thursday night (tonight) at 8 p.m. ET, NALC President Fredric V. Rolando will again be the guest on "Capital Insider" on Washington's NewsChannel 8. The program has a large audience in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia among federal employees, contractors and others involved with the federal government. The channel is available on cable in the District; in Frederick, Montgomery and Prince George's counties in Maryland; and in Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun counties, as well as the City of Alexandria, in Virginia. NewsChannel 8 also streams its programming live online at http://www.tbd.com/tv, and archived video of the Capital Insider show is typically posted online a day or so later at http://www.tbd.com/blogs/capital-insider.

Also, President Rolando recently was interviewed for the "America's Work Force" radio show. That interview is scheduled to air Friday (tomorrow) afternoon at 4 p.m. ET on WERE-AM 1490 in the Cleveland area, which is also streamed online at http://newstalkcleveland.com.
